What documents you need to start designing
The more initial data is available at the start, the faster we can assess the task and suggest next steps. Here's what's usually worth preparing.
- 1
A short description of the task
Tell us in your own words what you'd like to achieve: a new design, a reconstruction, a replanning, or approval for work already done. Even a rough description helps us get oriented faster.
- 2
The property's address or cadastral information
An exact address or cadastral number lets us check the plot and property in public records even before a consultation.
- 3
Existing plans and inventory documents
If you have a property plan, an inventory file, or an earlier design, send them in whatever form you have — even a photo or a scan is fine.
- 4
Photos of the current condition
Photos of the rooms, the facade, or the plot help us understand the current situation faster, especially if a finished plan isn't available yet.
- 5
Technical conditions and known constraints
If you already have technical conditions for utility connections, or you know of constraints on the plot, include them. This speeds up checking possible solutions.
- 6
If some documents are missing
That's not a reason to wait. Send what you have — a KG Buve specialist will tell you which documents need to be restored or ordered separately.
The exact set of documents needed depends on the specific property and task, and is confirmed after an initial review of the materials.
