Reconstruction & legalization
Reconstruction solutions for existing buildings and legalization of unauthorized changes in line with regulations.

- Building owners who want to reconstruct an existing property or legalize changes already made that aren't documented.

- Develops a reconstruction project or prepares documentation to legalize existing changes in line with current regulations.

Load-bearing structure calculations and solutions for new and existing buildings.

Design of water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation and electrical solutions.

Inspection and assessment of the technical condition of buildings and structures.

- Surveys the building or specific structures and assesses their technical condition.

Cost estimates
Preparation of construction cost estimates for the design and building stages.

- Clients who need a construction cost estimate for design or building work.

BIS approvals
Submitting and guiding the project through the Construction Information System (BIS).

- Projects that need to be submitted and guided through approval in the Construction Information System (BIS).
- What KG Buve does
- Prepares and submits documentation in BIS and supports the project through the review stages.
- Result for the client
- A project submitted and supported in BIS according to the established procedure.
- What's needed to start
- Finished project documentation or a part of it, access to a BIS account or authorization to submit on the client's behalf.

Commissioning
Support with commissioning the building once construction works are complete.
- Who it's for
- Owners who have completed construction and need to formalize handing the building over into use.
- What KG Buve does
- Supports preparing and submitting the documents required to commission the building.
- Result for the client
- A building formally commissioned according to the established procedure.
- What's needed to start
- As-built documentation for the building, access to the site for a final inspection if required.
One team of architects and engineers
Each of the eight areas can be ordered separately, but when needed, every section is developed by the same KG Buve team — this simplifies coordination between architectural and engineering solutions and reduces the number of approvals needed between different contractors.
